A Bit About Us

Steve has worked as a professional musician and educator for over 20 years.    He graduated from Rutgers University MGSA in 2003 with a Bachelor of Music degree, and has worked full-time in music since then.  His wealth of experience playing, teaching, and repairing musical instruments has led to a natural move into the world of piano tuning and repair.

Steve has been a piano technician since 2019 and is an active member of the Piano Technician's Guild community.   He is currently working towards his certification as an RPT (Registered Piano Technician), a highly respected credential in the piano industry.​​​

Piano tuning is a beautiful skill at the crossroads of art and science, and requires a deep appreciation for the instrument.   I will always provide high quality service to every piano I work on, large or small, new or old, to bring out the best in the instrument, and the most enjoyment for its owner.
